In the context of the Coronavirus pandemic, please be assured we are currently operating our business, albeit with some changes. Our most important concern is the health and well-being of our staff, clients and colleagues. We are of course carefully following safeguarding measures and government advice, and some staff are currently working from home, as well as minimising travel and contact with other people. Working from home is nothing new for us, as many of our staff have been doing this as a matter of course for one day a week or more, making extensive use of remote access to our server and software such as Microsoft Teams.
We are also ensuring that staff with any symptoms self-isolate for the recommended period. As a matter of course at least two consultants are familiar with every project, so if any member of staff is unable to work, their projects will be managed by someone else.
Some of our staff may be working outside normal office hours so if anyone has difficulties getting through please call 01603 721511 and calls may be transferred to another member of staff, wherever they are working. We can be contacted as usual, preferably by email, but our phone systems are still being manned. We encourage the use of video conference calls, thereby avoiding travel and face-to-face meetings. As the situation continues to change, we would ask for your patience if any site visits need to be amended. However as most of our testing is carried out in empty buildings, we have found that any disruption is limited.
If you would like to discuss your requirements or if you have any concerns please do contact us, by phone or email. We look forward to continuing our service and will post updates on our Twitter feed. Please follow us at https://twitter.com/AJA_Acoustics.
Thank you for your continued support and whatever your circumstances, we wish you well during these challenging times.
