To the north of Norwich a new business park is taking shape. Known as the Broadway Enterprise Park, this new development could become home to 1250 new jobs. It is located just off the Broadland Northway northern distributor route and near to Norwich International Airport.

This mixed-use development has already seen a major new household recycling centre open at the site. Future plans include a Park and Ride, a filling station, various trade counters, restaurants and a hotel.
Noise assessment
Such a large scale scheme required a noise assessment of the site. Adrian James Acoustics was commissioned to carry out measurements both day and night and from the results, we were able to provide high-quality data, advising on the suitability of different potential businesses.

Planning approval
Our report was an important step, leading to outline planning approval for the overall development, along with detailed approval for the initial plots. There are exciting plans for the business park’s future with its potential to accommodate buildings up to 300,000 sq ft.
We look forward to further progress at Broadway Enterprise Park, benefitting the local economy.
