In the context of the Coronavirus pandemic, please be assured that we are currently operating our business as usual, albeit with a few changes. Naturally, our most important concern is the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and colleagues. We are carefully following safeguarding measures and government advice, and staff are currently working from home. With travel for site visits reduced, our staff are making extensive use of remote access to our server and software such as Microsoft Teams.

We are also ensuring that staff with any symptoms self-isolate for the recommended period. As a matter of course at least two consultants are familiar with every project, so if any member of staff is unable to work, their projects will be managed by someone else.

With families also being at home, some of our staff may be working outside normal office hours. If anyone has difficulties getting through, please contact 01603 721511 and calls may be transferred to another member of staff, wherever they are working. We encourage the use of video conference calls to avoid travel and face-to-face meetings. As the situation changes daily, we would ask for your patience if site visits need to be amended. However as most of our testing is carried out in empty buildings, so far disruption has been limited.

If you would like to discuss your requirements or if you have any concerns please do contact us. The usual phone number of 01603 721511 is still fully operational and we can transfer to members of staff working from home. Otherwise, our email addresses remain unchanged.
We look forward to continuing our service and will post updates on our Twitter feed. Please follow us at https://twitter.com/AJA_Acoustics.
Thank you for your continued support and whatever your circumstances, we wish you well during these challenging times.
