At Adrian James Acoustics we don’t sell hardware. What we offer is a very experienced team who can help with daunting decisions, such as specifying products or designing appropriate lighting installations. We can also provide advice to electrical contractors, including where to install cabling systems in order to avoid electrical interference.
Every project is different and depending on the building, our service can include:
- Helping the client and architect create a realistic and comprehensive brief for new AV and lighting systems or for the conversion of an existing system.
- Providing schematics and systems, along with system lists. This may include cable runs for AV and lighting.
- Preparing designs, specifications and tender documents for recording systems, lighting or sound and communication systems.
Our extensive experience with schools means we understand that most schools require professional industry-influenced systems which are also affordable.
Because we don’t sell equipment and are not affiliated with manufacturers or suppliers, we can offer unbiased advice at all stages of the design. This provides a cost-effective solution which is not compromised by brand loyalty.
Many of our consultants have worked as studio engineers, fully understanding the pros and cons of AV systems.
Adrian James Acoustics also has a long history designing performance spaces. In addition to AV and recording system design, we can provide detailed input on acoustics and take on the role of theatre consultant if required.
