Following a lengthy period of careful planning and consultation, the company has just become an Employee Ownership Trust. This is a business structure which has become popular with companies large and small. John Lewis Partnership is the best-known example.
Ownership
All the team at AJA will share in the ownership and running of the company. A management board is balanced with a board of trustees, offering a strong sense of involvement for all the staff.
