Anna studied at City College Norwich, gaining a Front Office Diploma. From there she worked in a large hotel at Heathrow Airport where she was responsible for running of the busy reception and balancing money at the end of the shift. She went onto work for NatWest bank with responsibility for balancing daily cash receipts and dealing with customer service enquiries. In 2003 she joined the administration team at The Hotel School, City College Norwich, where she spent time with the Front Office students training them in customer service skills. At the same time, she gained her Bookkeeping Diploma.
After a career break to have her family, she joined the AJA team in 2018 as Administrative Assistant. Anna is responsible for administrative, financial work and assisting Andrew and Amanda with their duties.
