The UEA Crome Court Student Residences building has won the National Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Award for Design Through Innovation.
Crome court comprises a seven-storey cross-laminated timber construction (CLT), and we were part of the design team advising on constructions and detailing to ensure excellent standards of sound insulation were achieved throughout.
