We have recently updated a key section of our website.
Our Research and Publications page now features more than 20 articles giving in-depth views on diverse subjects. These range from library design and acoustic modelling to the harmonics of the French Horn.
Many of the papers are by our director Adrian James. A Fellow of the Institute of Acoustics and former Chair of the Association of Noise Consultants, Adrian is a well-known authority in acoustics, particularly in the acoustic design of schools. He advises the Department for Education and has presented his research internationally.
AJA’s specialist in Theatre Consultancy is Ian Rees. His study of assistive listening systems in theatres is also included in the list of articles. This study will be of interest to anyone wanting to learn more about an important area of auditorium sound design.
